Anyone who has passed HSLC examination is eligible to enrol in the proficiency courses offered by ELTI, Assam.

ELTI, Assam conducts proficiency courses in English especially on Spoken English for students and general public. Generally the information of a forthcoming course is given in the local newspaper. If a good number of people (at least 20) directly contact our office with the request to conduct the course then it is offered even without giving advertisement in the newspaper. The flexibility as regard to the timing is the highlight of the programme. The course is customised according to the needs of the target group. Person may contact the office during office hour or contact us through e-mail or telephone.

Duration: Two months (25 classes –each class of 1 hour duration)
Course fee: Rs.1500/-
Qualification: HSLC passed
Timing: Any time between 10 am to 5pm
